Role Description

We are seeking a Direct Sales Supervisor to oversee and manage a team of sales professionals in achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include training and coaching the team, monitoring daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing sales strategies to drive performance. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surakarta, requiring strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and Team Leadership experience to manage and motivate a sales team effectively.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with both the team and customers professionally and effectively.
• Sales expertise with a proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
• Ability to develop and implement sales strategies to improve performance and meet company objectives.
• Experience in telecommunication, internet services, or similar industries is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in using sales and customer management tools is an advantage.
