Consistently prepare culinary items according to established recipes and demonstrate thorough knowledge of food preparation, presentation and service techniques
Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen and prep areas, strict adherence to Food Safe, HACCP programs and professional grooming/personal hygiene standards
Ensure compliance to all hotel policies, standards and core practices.
We Are Looking For Someone Who
Has at least 3 years experience in similar capacity or an International chain Hotel
Physically fit, neat and well-groomed
Able to communicate in English and Bahasa
Creativity with new products & update in global trends, Eye attention to details
Strong Interpersonal skills & self motivated
Pleasant personality, integrity & positive attitude
Able to work under pressure & willing to work flexible hours
Good team work, work ethics & integrity
Preferably has knowledge of Integrated Management System (ISO 14001:2004-Environmental Management System, OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 22000:2005 - Food Safety Management System)
