Digitalization Officer

Job Description:

. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize digitalization opportunities that align with company goals and strategic objectives.
. Conduct research and evaluation of new digital technologies, tools, and platforms relevant to the agribusiness and consumer goods sectors.
. Manage and oversee the implementation of digitalization projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and successful integration with existing systems.
. Develop and maintain clear documentation for digital processes, systems, and best practices.
. Provide training and support to employees on new digital tools and platforms to facilitate adoption and maximize utilization.
. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing digital solutions.
. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and cybersecurity best practices in all digitalization efforts.
. Act as a change agent, promoting a culture of innovation and digital adoption within the organization.
. Prepare regular reports on digitalization progress, challenges, and successes for management.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent

• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

• Skills: Web Base Dashboard, Database MS SQL Server, Cloud Deployment Process

• Willing to be placed in Tarjun Refinery Kalimantan Selatan
