Job Description:
1.Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement the organization's digital transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and innovation across functions.
Collaborate with senior leadership to define digital priorities and KPIs.
2. Program & Project Management
Lead end-to-end digital transformation initiatives (e.g., system implementation, process automation, data platforms).
Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables across multiple projects.
Ensure alignment between IT, Operations units, and external vendors.
3. Business Process Improvement
Analyze current processes and identify inefficiencies.
Design and implement optimized workflows using digital tools (RPA, AI, ERP, CRM, etc.).
Promote lean and agile methodologies.
4. Change Management & Adoption
Drive organizational change by promoting digital mindset and culture.
Develop change management strategies, communication plans, and training programs.
Ensure high user adoption of new systems and technologies.
5. Stakeholder Management
Act as a bridge between business, IT, and external partners.
Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to key stakeholders.
Influence decision-making at leadership level.
6. Data & Analytics Enablement
Promote data-driven decision-making practices.
