Responsibilities
- Own and articulate the product vision and strategy aligned to Castrol objectives.
- Creation and prioritize product roadmap and backlog using data, customer insights, and commercial impact.
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Attend regular stand ups with the delivery squad to ensure alignment, priorities the backlog, unblock the team, and maintain momentum toward product goals.
- Supervise performance through defined targets and continuously optimize the product.
- Ensure timely, high-quality product releases and post-launch support.
- Lead product performance reviews with business partners and communicate progress to leadership and partners.
- Creation of Financial Memorandum's including cost and benefit analysis as needed to justify product investments and guide decision making.
- Identify and articulate business value, maintain reasonable ROI of digital investment of new user stories.
- Be Accountable of user experience including UI/UX & wireframe build co-working with designer.
- Attend weekly product reviews (WPRs) with Technology cross functional teams to celebrate feature launches, surface risks and blockers early to drive resolution or issue as needed.
