- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of settlement and deposit transactions across multiple financial data sources to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timely partner settlements.
- Prepare and validate settlement reports and supporting data for Finance month-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
- Proactively handle and resolve disputes by investigating issues, coordinating with involved parties, and ensuring resolutions are achieved within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Maintain seamless communication with internal departments and external partners to address day-to-day operational needs, resolve issues, and ensure smooth transactional workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong numerical motivation and comfort working with large volumes of transactional data.
- Proven attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate financial records under tight SLAs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Utilize data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and partner dashboards on a regular basis, requiring proficiency in spreadsheet functions and strong analytical thinking to interpret and manage data effectively.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple reconciliation cycles simultaneously
- High attention to detail, comfortable catching errors and inconsistencies in data
