Bamboo Blonde is currently looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Digital Pattern Maker to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing accurate digital garment patterns, supporting product development, and ensuring high-quality standards for our apparel production. This position requires strong technical knowledge and creativity.REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Fashion Design, Apparel Technology, Textile Engineering, or related field.
- At least 12 years of experience in pattern making or digital pattern development within apparel manufacturing or fashion brands.
- Proficiency in digital pattern making software such as Optitex.
- Ability to create, modify, and grade digital garment patterns.
- Experience in marker making and fabric consumption optimization.
- Knowledge of pattern grading and size specifications.
- Understanding of fabric behavior, garment construction, and fit standards.
- Ability to convert manual patterns into digital formats.
- Experience collaborating with development and production teams.
- Familiarity with mass production requirements and technical specifications.
