Job Role

The Digital Operations & Automation Specialist is a high-impact role responsible for building, optimizing, and managing the organization's digital operational infrastructure and workflow automation ecosystem. This position goes beyond traditional IT support, focusing instead on designing scalable business processes, improving operational efficiency, and connecting fragmented systems into a streamlined and data-driven operational environment.

The role requires a strategic and solutions-oriented professional who understands both business operations and system architecture. The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating multiple digital platforms, reducing repetitive manual processes, developing centralized reporting dashboards, and implementing automation solutions that improve visibility, collaboration, and cross-functional operational performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, optimize, and manage digital operational systems, workflows, automations, and tracking structures to improve overall business efficiency and operational visibility.
  • Build and maintain centralized document management systems and structured digital data environments that support secure, scalable, and accessible cross-department collaboration.
  • Develop and implement system integrations, API connections, and workflow automations across communication, CRM, operational, and productivity platforms to reduce manual processes and data duplication.
  • Implement AI-driven automations and digital solutions to streamline repetitive administrative tasks, operational coordination, reporting activities, and internal communication workflows.
  • Create operational dashboards, reporting structures, and real-time analytics tools to support leadership visibility and data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to analyze existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design scalable operational processes that support organizational growth and operational consistency.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in systems optimization, workflow automation, digital operations, or process improvement within fast-growing or dynamic business environments.
  • Experience supporting digital operations in industries such as real estate, property management, hospitality, agencies, or similar operational businesses is preferred.
  • Strong hands-on experience with enterprise collaboration systems, workflow automation tools, API integrations, middleware platforms, document management systems, and operational reporting environments.
  • Practical experience implementing AI-driven automations and integrating Generative AI tools into business workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills with the ability to design scalable digital solutions for complex operational processes.
  • Independent, proactive, and adaptable with strong communication and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional environments.
  • Full professional fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
