Job Description

Job Requirements :

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Informations Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering , or related field
  • Good understanding od digital platforms, web applications, and cloud-based systems
  • 2 Years experience using ticketing system such as Jira, ServiceNow, Freshservice, Zendesk, or similar platforms is an advantage
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and colaboration tools
  • Good understanding of Basic IT concepts including databases, networking, and software applications
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and administration skills
  • Excellent Communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and manage priorities effectively
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Able to communicate effectively in both Bahasa Indonesia & English
  • Experience supporting SaaS platforms or digital services is an advantage

Job Description :

  • Perform daily administrative activities to support Digital Department operations
  • Monitor the operational status and health of digital platforms, including IRYS and other cloud-based applications
  • Receive, record, classify and track customer issues, incidents and service requests
  • Create, update and manage support tickets in the Intecs Ticketing System
  • Monitor open tickets and follow up with internal teams, principals, and customers to ensure timely resolution
  • Coordinate issue escalation based on priority and agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA)
