Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth for our Umrah and travel packages through strategic marketing and engaging promotional content. You will research market trends, plan and execute campaigns across digital and offline channels, and analyze performance data to keep improving results against set targets.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute marketing campaigns for Umrah and travel packages from concept to launch
Conduct market and competitor research to develop effective product marketing strategies
Create engaging promotional content for social media platforms
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics
Build relationships and negotiate with prospective clients and partners
Collaborate with the sales, operations, and creative teams to achieve company targets

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree
Experience in travel marketing, preferably in the Umrah industry
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Active on social media and able to create promotional content
Solid understanding of product marketing research and strategy
Proficiency in marketing tools such as Meta Ads, Google Analytics, TikTok Ads, etc.
Target-driven and results-oriented
Creative and comfortable working in a team
Willing to work from the office in accordance with company policy
Willing to be based in Yogyakarta
