Digital Marketing Specialist – Growth Brands

At MTI (Kanmo), we are looking for a highly driven Digital Marketing Specialist to help scale our fast-growing private label brands.

This is a high-ownership growth role for someone who combines creative brand thinking with strong performance marketing execution. We are looking for a builder — someone who understands the full digital ecosystem, experiments aggressively, learns fast, and scales what works.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead digital brand building initiatives across social platforms, with a strong focus on TikTok.
2. Drive measurable brand growth beyond vanity metrics such as reach and impressions, with clear focus on engagement, conversion, community, and sales impact.
3. Manage and optimize end-to-end performance marketing across Shopee Ads and TikTok Ads.
4. Own key growth metrics including revenue, ROAS, CAC, conversion, and scaling efficiency within controlled budgets.
5. Continuously test creatives, audience strategies, content formats, and platform mechanics to unlock growth opportunities.
6. Analyze performance deeply, identify what is or isn't working, and rapidly implement corrective actions.
7. Work closely with internal teams and creators to build scalable growth engines for brands.

What We're Looking For :

1. Hands-on experience in scaling brands through digital and social commerce platforms.
2. Strong understanding of TikTok ecosystem, content-driven growth, and performance marketing.
3. Experience managing Shopee and TikTok advertising platforms end-to-end.
4. Data-driven mindset with strong experimentation and problem-solving abilities.
5. Someone comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with high accountability.
