Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives across core service areas, e.g. Indonesia and Myanmar.
- Plan and execute end-to-end digital campaigns including crafting messaging, copywriting, audience targeting, selecting channels, etc.
- Manage marketing campaigns budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Monitor, analyze, and report effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and presence across all platforms.
- Identify partners and develop tailored marketing plans for joint campaigns/promotion.
- Coordinate with partners for production of promotional materials.
- Manage content updates for our digital platforms, including website, social media, and email channels.
- Work closely with operations team to ensure consistent service promotion, availability, and quality for customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with business development teams to align digital marketing activities with customer engagement and satisfaction metrics.
- Ensure that all campaigns are cost-effective and deliver a strong ROI.
- Identify key opportunities for brand growth.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on market analysis.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 4-5 years experience in digital marketing, brand management, or category marketing, ideally within the healthcare or service-oriented sectors.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM, Meta Ads, content marketing is essential.
- Proven track record in creating and managing digital campaigns that drive substantial customer engagement and growth.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making, problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Background in healthcare, wellness, or patient services is advantageous, particularly in multiple service categories (e.g., wellness, specialized medical care).
