Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Labuan Sait Uluwatu for a Digital Marketing Specialist. The specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and other online channels to increase brand awareness and promote property listings. Daily tasks include creating and scheduling content, managing social media accounts, monitoring online engagement, and analyzing performance data using web analytics tools. The role also involves coordinating online advertising, updating property information on digital platforms, collaborating with the sales team on promotional initiatives, and preparing regular marketing reports to support business decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing to plan and manage multi-channel campaigns.
• Experience in Social Media Marketing for content creation, community management, and audience growth.
• Proficiency with Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear collaboration and client-facing messaging.
• Familiarity with real estate or property marketing is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Kuta and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, paid advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads), and email marketing is beneficial.
• Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
