About the Role
We're looking for a technically strong digital marketer who genuinely understands content and social media, not just how platforms work, but what makes content earn attention and how to brief a creative team to get there.
You'll be the operational and digital backbone of our marketing team. You own the website, manage the SEO pipeline, keep projects moving and you're sharp on content to write briefs that give the creative agency real direction.
If you've built your career on the technical side of digital marketing but you've developed a real instinct for content, copy, and what works on social, this is the role for you.
What You'll Do
Web, SEO & Technical Operation
- Own website health monitoring, content publishing SLA (max 2 days from approval), and CMS management
- Coordinate SEO content pipeline, keyword briefing, publishing workflow, basic on-page optimization
- Monitor AIO/GEO keyword visibility and coordinate with content team to maintain and improve citations
- Manage UTM structure, basic GA4 read, redirect management, and basic tech audit
- Share CMS knowledge with internal teams (DC, Ops, Product) as internal go-to for web issue
- Keep documentation, SOPs, and project tracking up to date
Content, Social Media & Project Coordination
- Develop content ideas and angles across IG, TikTok, FB, YouTube
- Write content briefs for the creative agency clear on audience, message, angle, format, and platform behavior
- Manage monthly content calendar, ensure healthy pillar balance
- First-level review of agency output before manager approval
- Support GTM activations, always-on content rhythm, KOL coordination, and campaign rollouts
- Coordinate across creative agency, media buying agency, and web vendor to keep timelines tight
Must Have
- 3–4 years in digital marketing with strong web/technical foundation
- Solid understanding of SEO, keyword workflow, on-page basics, content briefing for search, AIO/GEO awareness
- CMS proficiency (WordPress or equivalent), can manage publishing, redirects, basic health monitoring
- Can write a solid content brief, direction on angle, audience, format, and platform behavior, not just a topic
- Understands platform behavior across IG, TikTok, FB, YouTube
- Has coordinated with or briefed a creative agency
- Organized and proactive, tracks own deadlines, flags blockers early
- Basic analytics literacy: UTM, GA4 reading level
Strong Plus
- Experience in financial services, insurance, or fintech content
- Active personal social media presence
- Has used AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for content drafting or SEO workflow
- Familiar with AIO/GEO optimization beyond standard SEO
