We are looking for a data-driven and execution-focused Senior Marketplace Performance Marketing professional to manage and optimize marketplace advertising performance across multiple platforms. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in marketplace ads, deep analytical thinking, and close collaboration with platform teams to drive sustainable GMV.
Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize marketplace ads across multiple marketplace stores.
- Manage ads budgets to drive GMV growth while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Optimize performance beyond RoAS by tracking CVR, AOV, Ads Contribution, pricing, promotions and their impact on overall GMV growth.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify performance drivers and ads optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with platform representatives to unlock exposure and growth levers.
- Maintain structured tracking, reporting, and strong daily execution discipline.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Minimum 3 years experience in e-commerce or marketplace performance marketing.
- Strong hands-on expertise in marketplace ads (e.g Shopee, TikTok, Lazada etc)
- Highly analytical, proficient in excel and data analysis.
- Strong critical thinking skills with a collaborative mindset, confident in challenging the status quo and driving process or performance improvement
- Proven experience managing fashion or lifestyle premium brands will be a plus
