Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns (SEM, PPC, social ads) to meet business goals.
  • Monitor performance metrics like Click-Through Rate (CTR), Conversion Rate, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), providing actionable insights and reports.
  • Allocate and manage advertising budgets efficiently for maximum ROI.Research keywords, define target audiences, and perform A/B tests on creative and landing pages.
  • Stay updated with industry trends on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, etc..

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree
  • Certified in Google Ads/Meta Ads Manager/TikTok Ads/SEO, or any other Paid Ads Manager Tools
  • Proven experience in paid marketing, PPC, or digital media.
  • Strong ability to interpret data and make data-driven optimization decisions.Ability to create engaging, high-performing ad content.
  • Excellent communication skills for reporting and collaborating with teams.
