We arelooking for a Digital Marketing Officer who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services to be placed in our foundation, Yayasan Pendidikan Tanah Ratu. This role plays a major part in enhancing our brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads and potential customers.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Develop and manage content for the company website, social media platforms, email campaigns, and blogs.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
- Manage and grow the organizations social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience (UX/UI).
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Optimize content for the website and social networking channels for maximum visibility and engagement.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators to produce high-quality digital assets.
- Support the development and execution of the digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Manage & provide regular report of existing digital marketing campaign to the Marketing Manager.
- Assisting Marketing Manager in communication strategy to attract new prospective / leads and increased engagement and retention.
- Assisting Marketing Manager of earn media and media relation strategies including maintain partnership to the third parties.
- Assisting Marketing teams in concepting marketing materials.
- Perform any other duties given by direct supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 23 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Proven experience with SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- The ability to accurately translate sales and marketing information from English to Indonesian Bahasa and confidently communicate in both languages (both written and verbal) Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, achieve target outcomes, and resolve problems without supervision and through a demonstrated level of judgement, flexibility and initiative.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms is desirable.
- Graphic design skills or familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva is desirable
