Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing professional with a strong background in the beauty retail industry, capable of managing and scaling monthly advertising budgets across performance and branding channels. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, and brand presence through data-driven digital strategies.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance & Growth Marketing
  • Plan, manage, and optimize monthly digital advertising budgets IDR 10 billion
  • Own end-to-end performance across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads, Tokopedia Ads
  • Drive key metrics: ROAS, CAC, GMV, AOV, Conversion Rate, Retention
  • Lead campaign strategy for mega campaigns, product launches, flash sales, and brand campaigns
Strategy & Execution
  • Develop full-funnel digital marketing strategies (awareness conversion retention)
  • Align digital campaigns with commercial calendar, promo mechanics, and inventory
  • Collaborate closely with E-commerce, Brand, CRM, and Creative teams
Analytics & Reporting
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
  • Build weekly & monthly performance reports for management
  • Use data to continuously test, iterate, and scale winning strategies
Team & Stakeholder Management
  • Manage internal digital/performance team and/or external agencies
  • Set clear KPIs and performance benchmarks
  • Coordinate with platform partners (Meta, Google, TikTok, Marketplace AM)
RequirementsExperience
  • 25+ years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing
  • Proven experience managing ads budget IDR 10 billion/month
  • Strong background in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or FMCG retail
  • Experience in E-commerce & Marketplace ecosystem (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop)
Skills & Expertise
  • Deep understanding of paid media, performance optimization, attribution, and funnel strategy
  • Strong analytical skills; data-driven and numbers-oriented
  • Hands-on experience with campaign scaling and efficiency improvement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven retail environment
Leadership & Mindset
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution capability
  • Commercially minded with P&L awareness
  • Comfortable working with senior management and cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in high-growth beauty brands or omnichannel retail
  • Familiar with CRM, retention marketing, and loyalty strategies
  • Experience managing large teams or multi-agency setups
