Job Description


We are looking for a creative, analytical, and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and strengthen Edulab's online presence. This role will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, enhancing brand awareness, and driving customer acquisition through various digital channels.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and online branding.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly creative with the ability to identify target audiences and develop effective marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Passionate about learning new technologies, marketing trends, and consumer behavior.
  • Knowledge of Advertising, Media, Communication, Digital Marketing, and Journalism is preferred.
  • Professional certifications in Digital Marketing (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, etc.) will be an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    • Manage and oversee all digital marketing and online branding activities.
    • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Media Marketing, and Content Marketing.
    • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and digital marketing performance to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing strategies.
    • Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness using data-driven insights and performance metrics.
    • Create strategic recommendations and marketing initiatives based on current industry trends and business objectives.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
    • Stay up to date with the latest developments in technology, digital marketing, consumer behavior, and educational industry trends.
    • Manage and improve the company's online presence to support business growth and customer engagement.
