  • Support marketing strategies and execution to achieve business objectives
  • Understand target consumers, competitors, and the market landscape to define business opportunities
  • Support other related business marketing campaigns and ad-hoc projects
  • Manage projects and work closely with stakeholders across Social Media, Owned Media Channels, Creative, Digital Media, and Operations
  • Ensure campaigns and projects deliver impact within given timelines
  • Manage project deadlines and work effectively both independently and within a team
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics
  • Execute campaign optimization based on key learnings and data insights

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, industrial engineering, or a related field
  • 1 year of proven hands-on experience in Public Relations, CRM, Customer Engagement, or Campaign Operations & Optimization
  • Experience with Copywriting and Storytelling, with the ability to craft compelling content for high-impact channels
  • Data-Driven Mindset with the ability to analyze key metrics and formulate recommendations for optimization
  • Experience working for a large digital platform or a high-growth app with high communication volume
  • Familiarity with performance-driven campaigns tied to GMV, transacting users, or engagement metrics
