Job Description
- Manage website and marketing infrastructure (CMS, landing pages, hosting, tracking).
- Set up and manage CRM and marketing automation (lead nurturing, scoring, segmentation).
- Design and optimize digital funnels from awareness to conversion and retention.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan and run integrated campaigns across paid ads, SEO, content, CRM, email, and social media.
- Lead paid campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms; optimize performance metrics (CAC, CPL, ROAS, conversion rate).
- Implement analytics and reporting (GA4, Tag Manager, dashboards) to track performance.
- Drive SEO initiatives and improve website/landing page UX and conversion.
- Manage vendors and coordinate with agencies or developers when needed.
- Present insights and recommendations to management.
- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team and improve internal workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Information System, or related fields. Master's degree is a plus
- 3-5+ years in digital marketing, preferably with specialization in: Performance Marketing, CRM / Martech, and SEO
- 1+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Experience in education, consulting, tech is an advantage
- Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, CPL)
- Analytical, data-driven, and results-oriented
- Digital Ads & Performance: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), TikTok Ads
- Analytics & Tracking: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Looker Studio (dashboard creation), pixel setup
- CRM & Marketing Automation: CRM platforms, email automation tools, lead scoring models, audience segmentation, and dynamic lists
- Website & SEO Tools: CMS management, landing page builders, SEO tools, basic CMS troubleshooting, and UX-focused page editing
