Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the Digital Marketing team in the day-to-day management of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with campaign setup, including ad uploads, copy updates, and creative organization across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads.
  • Monitor campaign performance and update daily/weekly performance reports.
  • Help analyze key metrics such as impressions, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and best practices.
  • Assist in QA (quality assurance) by checking landing pages, UTM parameters, tracking links, and campaign settings before campaigns go live.
  • Coordinate with the Creative team to ensure ad creatives are delivered on time and meet campaign requirements.
  • Assist with ad hoc marketing and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, paid advertising, and e-commerce.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and analyzing data.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, sorting, filtering, pivot tables are a plus).
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new digital marketing tools.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
