Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities: Performance Marketing (80%)
- Regional Campaign Operations: Assist in the setup, launch, and daily monitoring of digital ads across Indonesia and Singapore via Apple Search Ads, Google, Meta, and TikTok.
- Tracking & Attribution: Use AppsFlyer to monitor cross-border performance, ensuring accurate data attribution for both markets.
- VP Reporting: Compile weekly performance and conversion reports for the VP of Growth, highlighting market-specific trends and ROI.
- Creative Pipeline: Coordinate with the design team to localize and refresh ad assets tailored to Indonesian and Singaporean audiences.
- Budget Hygiene: Daily monitoring of spending to ensure regional budgets are utilized efficiently without overspending.
Supporting Responsibilities: CRM & Coordination (20%)
- CRM Support: Help schedule regional push notifications, emails, Whatsapp blast or in-app promotions to keep our user base engaged.
- Coordination: Support the VP of Growth and CRM Executive with administrative or campaign-related tasks as needed during the manager's absence. This includes reporting and coordination with vendors.
Requirements
- Analytical Rigor: Strong with numbers and Excel; you'll be expected to give recommendations to improve performance based on data.
- Communication: Able to communicate thoughts and ideas in a clear and concise way, both verbally and in writing.
- Tools: Familiarity with AppsFlyer and ad platforms (e.g Meta Ads, Google Ads, Tiktok Ads) is highly preferred. Experience with reporting dashboards such as Metabase is a plus.
- Commitment: Must be available for the full 6-month duration to bridge the maternity leave gap.
