The ideal candidate will oversee the online marketing strategy for the organization by planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. This candidate will launch advertisements and create content to increase brand awareness. This candidate will have previous marketing experience and be able to monitor the company's social media presence.
What You'll Do:
- Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising, email marketing, display ads, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
- Make edits and inputs for articles based on SEO guidelines to increase traffic.
- Building and maintaining a brand's presence across multiple social media channels.
- Creating, executing, monitoring, and maintain Ads budget and marketing campaign budgets to achive agreed sales target.
- Optimizing CPA and CPC.
- Collaborating with media and sales teams to improve marketing results.
- Measuring key performance metrics, including website traffic, audience engagement, service quotas, bounce rate, and ad spend return on investment
- Preparing reports on the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Using advanced analytics software to identify customer touchpoints and assess end-to-end customer experience across diverse digital channels.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
- Min. 1 year experience in handling Meta Ads & Marketplace Ads
- Excellent understanding of content and copywriting
- Familiar with B2C digital marketing campaign
- Knowledge and basic skills in Ads Business Manager
- Working knowledge of analytics tools (e.g Google Analytics, Data Studio, Google Search Console)
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
- Willing to WFO in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta,
