We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented DigitalMarketing Executive (SEO & Performance Marketing) with strong expertise in SEO and performance marketing to join our marketing team for Montigo Resorts. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in hospitality or tourism with a strong focus on digital user acquisition and campaign optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
SEO & Organic Growth
- Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and SEO audits within the hospitality/tourism industry
- Optimise website content, landing pages and metadata to improve search visibility and lead generation
- Monitor SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Identify opportunities for link-building, content partnerships and organic growth initiatives
Digital & Performance Marketing
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other social media channels
- Support performance marketing strategies focused on user acquisition and campaign optimisation
- Campaign set-up on Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads
- Monitor, analyse,and report campaign performance metrics including CPA, ROI, CTR and conversion rates
- Conduct A/B testing and creative optimization to improve campaign performance
Market & Campaign Support
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities
- Plan and execute EDMs for Montigo Resorts and its properties (eg. MailChimp)
- Updating of Google Business Profiles
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Tourism, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing with strong hands-on SEO and/or performance marketing experience
- Strong understanding of digital acquisition funnels and performance-driven marketing models
- Familiarity and hands-on experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and SEO tools.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress and email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, or similar tools.
- Strong research skills with the ability to conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience profiling, and market intelligence.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa.
- Experience in Tourism or Hospitality industry is an advantage
