Requirements (Must Haves)
- Proven Track Record: Minimum 5+ years in Digital Marketing, with a verifiable portfolio of scaling brands (showing Before & After revenue growth is a must).
- End-to-End Experience: Experience in taking a product from Idea -> Launch -> Scale. If you've only managed established brands, this role is not for you.
- Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Expert: Deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape in Indonesia (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Shopify/Webstore).
- Strong Analytical Skills: You must be fluent in reading data and translating it into actionable strategy.
- The Hustle Attitude: Willing to get your hands dirty. You are a Director, but you are also the lead soldier on the battlefield.
Key Responsibilities :
A. New Product Development
- Brand Conception: Lead the brainstorming for new product lines, including Naming, Brand Identity, USP development, and Market Positioning.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Architect the full launch strategy. How do we get the first 1,000 customers How do we scale to 10,000
- Launch Execution: Oversee the entire launch phase, ensuring all assets (creative, copy, landing pages, ads) are world-class and deployed on time.
B. Revenue & Performance Marketing
- Orchestrate the Funnel: Manage and optimize the entire customer acquisition funnel (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google, Marketplace, CRM).
- Data-Driven Decision Making: constantly analyze CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and LTV (Lifetime Value) to pivot strategies instantly.
- Sales Integration: Work closely with the sales/admin team to ensure marketing traffic converts into real cash flow.
C. Leadership & Ideation
- Creative Direction: Provide sharp, high-level direction to the Creative Team (Designers, Copywriters, Video Editors). You don't just approve designs; you ensure they sell.
- Continuous Innovation: Constantly bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to the table.
