Job Description

A unique, remote, hybrid role combining the optimization of WSG online presence with the coordination and management of virtual and in-person events. This is ideal for a highly self-motivated and organized individual.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Digital Content & SEO: Assist on website updates (content, news, projects), focusing on SEO best practices and support to track web performance metrics
  2. Remote Event Planning: Support to plan, coordinate, and execute all logistics for virtual events (webinars, online conferences) and support the planning for in-person events, including managing timelines and coordinating speakers/vendors remotely
  3. Promotion Coordination: Work with internal teams to align digital marketing efforts with event promotion, ensuring all events are properly publicized across the website and other digital channels.
  4. Post-Event Analysis: Conduct post-event evaluations, collect participant feedback, and create reports detailing event success metrics and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Remote Management: Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage a workload, and meet deadlines in a remote setting
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle the multifaceted demands of both marketing and event coordination
  • Digital & Web Literacy: Understanding CMS, basic SEO, and web analytics tools.
  • Communication & Diplomacy: Exceptional communication skills for effective remote collaboration and client engagement
