Responsibilities

  • Execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
  • Plan and manage social media content calendars across platforms.
  • Launch, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads.
  • Support e-commerce promotions and online sales initiatives.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs.
  • Prepare performance reports and insights for internal review.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand-aligned messaging.
  • Stay updated with social media and advertising trends.

Requirements

Requirements

  • 24+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Practical experience managing paid ads on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
  • Understanding of social media content formats and what performs across platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Understanding of what content works across different platforms.
  • Understanding of fitness culture and streetwear trends.
  • Experience with e-commerce marketing.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager).
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Organized and able to work independently.

Nice To Have

  • Experience in fitness, wellness, or fashion industries.
  • Email marketing platform expertise (e.g., Mailchimp, Brevo, Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Video content strategy knowledge.
  • Experience scaling marketing operations.
