Key Responsibilities:
Manage 512 client campaigns simultaneously
Plan and optimise paid advertising campaigns across:
Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
LinkedIn Ads (B2B)
Microsoft / Bing Ads (when required)
Handle campaign setup, budget allocation, optimisation, and scaling
Run A/B testing and campaign performance improvements
Set up conversion tracking (GA4, GTM, Pixels)
Execute retargeting and lead generation campaigns
Review landing page and funnel performance
Support CRM integration and basic marketing automation
Prepare weekly updates and monthly performance reports
Track KPIs including CPL, ROAS, and conversion rate
NOTE : AI tools may be used to support ad copy generation, keyword research, and performance analysis to improve workflow efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field, OR equivalent practical experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing
Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Lead Generation
Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and SEMRush
Experience setting up conversion tracking
Experience targeting ads outside Indonesia/other countries
Ability to manage multiple client campaigns
Fluency in English
Nice to have:
Agency experience
Experience working with international clients
Knowledge of funnel strategy, CRM, or marketing automation
Experience using AI tools for marketing workflows
