Digital Imaging Artist

We're looking for a Digital Imaging Artist with a sharp eye for detail, strong visual sensitivity, and a passion for transforming great photography into exceptional visual output.

Join our team and bring beauty brands to life at our office in Greenlake City, Tangerang :

• Lead professional photo retouching and digital imaging across campaign, e-commerce, social media, and various photography outputs.
• Translate creative direction, visual references, and photographic intent into polished, high-quality final imagery.
• Execute advanced retouching, color correction, image cleanup, compositing, and image manipulation according to project requirements.
• Collaborate with Graphic Designers when projects require additional compositing, manipulation, or visual development.
• Maintain visual consistency across different images, campaigns, and platforms.
• Work closely with the Creative Head and Photographer to ensure the final output stays aligned with the intended creative direction.
• Manage and organize RAW, working, and final retouched files with a clear and efficient workflow.
• Ensure all final assets meet the required standards for quality, technical specifications, and delivery.

• Proven experience as a Digital Imaging Artist, Retoucher, Photo Retoucher, or similar role in a creative studio, agency, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, commercial photography, or related industry.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and professional photo-retouching workflows.
• Strong understanding of color, composition, lighting, skin, texture, proportion, and visual balance.
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a high level of precision across multiple images.
• Able to interpret creative direction and visual references while also bringing strong visual judgment to the work.
• Comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Strong file management and organizational skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating professional retouching and digital imaging skills is required.
