About the Role

To create human-centered designs that enhance usability, accessibility, and satisfaction across digital and physical touchpoints, aligning with business goals and customer needs.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

User Research & Insights

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, surveys, usability testing).
  • Analyze user behavior, pain points, and motivations.
  • Translate insights into actionable design decisions.

Information Architecture & Interaction Design

  • Develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Structure content and navigation for clarity and efficiency.
  • Ensure intuitive interaction patterns across platforms.

Visual & Interface Design.

  • Collaborate with UI designers or front-end developers to create high-fidelity designs
  • Maintain consistency with brand guidelines.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and business teams.
  • Present design rationale and user insights to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate design thinking workshops or co-creation sessions.

Usability Testing & Iteration

  • Plan and conduct usability tests.
  • Analyze feedback and iterate designs accordingly.
  • Validate design decisions with real users.

Documentation & Handoff

  • Ensure smooth handoff and support during implementation.
  • Maintain design documentation for future reference.

Job Requirements:

  • Education – A bachelor's degree at minimum
  • Experience – At least 4 years of working experience as UI/UX designer or researcher
  • In-depth knowledge of business operation of insurance or financial services will be a huge advantage
  • Expert knowledge in using Figma to design user flows, UI, and prototypes
  • Experienced in using project management tools preferably JIRA
  • Basic understanding of programming languages is a plus
