Ensure the achievement of customers acquired through digital and traditional campaigns
Drive strategy for omni-channel acquisition in order to engage members and improve retention and growth (This includes channel strategy for email, web push, and in-app push)
Create, maintain, monitor and optimize CRM programs, including crafting content, managing system triggers, increased personalization, targeted segmentation, etc.
Analyze data sets and weekly documentation of all retention activities on our CRM tool (e.g. MoEnagge)
Provide A/B testing activities using other campaign channels (e.g., email, push notif, in-app banner)
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in CRM, marketing, business, data, or relevant fields
5+ years relevant work experience in branding and/or digital marketing campaigns
Experienced leveraging data & analytics to improve in-app retention through CRM tools/software
Experienced in using MoEnagage Prior experience leading CRM / marketing teams
Experience in the healthcare industry a plus
Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and visual)
Fluency in English and Bahasa (both verbal and written)
