As a Digital CRM Intern, you'll play a key role in supporting e-commerce operations, campaign execution, and customer engagement strategies. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in raising and tracking POs and invoices for digital, CRM, and e-commerce activities.
- Support CRM team in executing brand CRM plans and maintaining campaign calendars.
- Coordinate live stream operations, including scheduling and setup for in-house sessions.
- Align with designers on creative timelines for KV (Key Visual) development.
- Ensure all campaign preparation checklists are completed (creatives, landing pages, captions, admin).
- Update e-commerce performance tracker weekly and ensure accuracy by month-end.
REQUIREMENTS
- Final-year students or fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields.
- Good written communication and strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Interest in e-commerce, digital media, and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Willing to commit to a 6-month internship period
