We're looking for a Digital Creative Director who truly understands the social-first —not just campaigns, but always-on content systems built for speed, volume, and performance.
This role is for a senior creative leader who can design daily content ecosystems, lead teams into modern creative practices, and partner closely with strategy, media, creators, and production to deliver work that performs in real platforms, not decks.
Key Responsibilities
Lead always-on social content, beyond campaign-based executions
Embed editing, hooks, pacing, and retention into ideation from the start
Champion speed, variation, and iteration as strategic creative advantages
Own a deep understanding of beauty content performance on social platforms
Lead meaningful collaboration with creators and UGC ecosystems
Shape creator briefs that drive authenticity, performance, and scalable output
Use organic reach, views, and performance data as creative inputs
Coach and develop teams in modern creative skills, including social-first thinking, editing literacy, and platform fluency
Requirements
5+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, preferably within social-first, digital, or content-driven agencies
Proven leadership of always-on social programs
Strong understanding of editing, performance, and platform behavior
Hands-on experience with beauty brands in social environments
Deep familiarity with creator-led and UGC ecosystems
Comfort operating at high volume and speed
Strong leadership presence with a coaching mindset
