There is an exciting opportunity arisen for a creative, talented, dynamic, and passionate candidate to fill the role of Digital Creative Designer under Digital Marketing team. You will be responsible for the creation of publishable, interesting written content for Rich's website, social media accounts, newsletters, and other platforms. You will have a passion for the food industry and experience in a similar role will be an advantage.

Some of your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Concept, design and create visual responsibilities
- Actively participate in digital production with cross-functional teams including Creative, Direct Marketing, Web and Business teams to elevate and evolve the customer experience, omnichannel campaigns, and email/web best practices
- Participate & collaborate in teamwork for brainstorming campaigns and creative seasonal themes
- Deliver consistent quality, adhere to brand graphic standards and drive conceptual storytelling of the brand
- Create or manipulate graphics (DI) as needed/directed according to Standard Operating Procedures and to offer an engaging, easy to shop customer experience
- Capable to do food photography
- Design for corporate's primary business, from basic marketing collaterals into digital invitations
- Design/production work creating templates, promotions, and programs to drive brand consistency across a range of materials including internal communications, posters, brochures, billboards, event, signage, and other support materials
- Develop illustrations, logos, and other design material
- Creates graphics and layouts for social media
- Works closely with Digital Marketing to meet project objectives in conceptualization and development of graphics, illustrations, and layouts
- Able to implement ideas to digital, and understand the latest digital tren
- Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for digital marketing campaigns
- Assist team members in the event's shooting
Requirements:
- Major in Visual Design Communication education background
- Able to plan, shoot, and edit high quality design, video content, and photographs
- Design Graphics experience in food-related product or industry with a minimum of 5 years
- Knowledge of digital marketing
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesian
- Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Highly developed planning & organizational skills
- Strong team player as well as a team builder
- Proficient in Adobe CC: Photoshop (Advanced) Digital imaging will be plus point, Illustrator (Advanced), InDesign (Advanced), Dreamweaver
- Able to thrive in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
- Great in photography skill, food photography knowledge is a plus
- Self-motivated
- Stay current on design technology and trends
- Strong eye for design, typography & photography
