Role Description The Digital Content Support - Editor & Graphic Designer (Intern) is an internship, on-site role based in Kebon Jeruk. This position supports the digital content team by editing video and image assets, creating visual designs, and ensuring that content aligns with RCTI's brand guidelines and audience expectations. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and refining content for digital platforms, collaborating with editorial staff to adapt TV content into engaging online formats, and assisting with layout, typography, and graphic elements. The intern will help manage content versions, organize media files, and contribute creative ideas for social media and web campaigns. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced broadcast environment and the opportunity to learn from experienced media professionals.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Content Management, including organizing, updating, and maintaining digital assets across platforms.
• Candidates should possess Editorial and Research skills to support accurate, consistent, and audience-appropriate content.
• Candidates should possess Web Content Writing and Writing skills to adapt and create clear, engaging digital copy.
• Basic graphic design skills using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar applications.
• Foundational video editing skills with software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to follow brand and editorial guidelines.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Kebon Jeruk and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Enrollment in or completion of a relevant program (e.g., Communications, Media, Design, Broadcasting, or related field) is beneficial.
