Our client is a well-established real estate agency based in Melbourne, Australia, with multiple office locations. Known for their professional approach and strong market presence, they have built a solid reputation in the industry over the years.

The Role

We are seeking acreative and strategic Digital Content Specialistto join our dynamic team and help craft, optimise and scale high-impact content that resonates with our target market, strengthens our brand presence and drives measurable results.

This role is ideal for acreative thinkerandvisual storytellerwho can transform ideas into impactful copy, striking designs, and engaging multimedia that inspire, inform, and connect with our audience.

This role blendscreativity, technical skills, and organisationto support our digital marketing efforts. You will create and edit multimedia content, manage social media calendars, schedule posts, optimise for SEO, and coordinate with teams to deliver campaigns. A strong understanding ofMeta platforms(Facebook, Instagram) is a plus, along with the ability to work independently and make creative decisions.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates passionate about digital media, or for candidates with experience incontent creation, social media management, and multimedia production.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute, as directed, to the development of marketing and communications activities through list and lead research, marketing planning research and implementation.
  • Develop, plan, and execute engaging content strategies across websites, social media, email, and other digital channels.
  • Create compelling social media content (posts, stories, reels, videos, infographics) tailored for each platforms.
  • Manage and maintain thesocial media calendarfor consistent posting and brand messaging.
  • Upload and schedule content using social media publishing tools (Meta Business Suite, etc.).
  • Edit and produce photos and videos usingAdobe Creative Suite(Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices for maximum visibility.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and project teams to align creative content with campaign goals.
  • Monitor and analyse content performance, adjusting strategies based on data insights.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and creative tools.
  • Perform other related duties as needed to support the team and business objectives.

Skills and Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor&aposs Degree (S1) from a reputable university, majoring in degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Media Studies, or a related fields;
  • Proficient in ENGLISH LANGUAGE in all aspects (active ENGLISH MANDATORY);
  • Working hours:07.00 AM - 03.30 PM, Monday to Friday;
  • Public Holidays: followVictoria State (Australia)calendar;
  • Work from Officearrangement;
  • Proven experience as a Digital Content Specialist, Content Creator, or similar role;
  • Strong photo and video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator required);
  • Understanding ofMetaplatforms (Facebook, Instagram) and other social media ecosystems;
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling abilities;
  • Strong understanding of content calendars, scheduling, and publishing tools;
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and web content best practices;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both collaboratively in a team environment and independently;
  • Efficient and well-organised;
  • Able to effectively manage and prioritise multiple projects; and
  • A positive and can-do attitude.
