Digital Content Officer

About the Role:

Responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing digital content to build a brand's online presence, engage target audiences, and drive traffic across various digital channels (websites, social media, email newsletters, and blogs).

Responsibilities:

• Translate approved campaign and marketing direction into daily social media content output
• Produce daily short-form video content for TikTok, Reels & Instagram Stories
• Shoot, edit and publish mobile-first content using CapCut / VN / Canva
• Develop content hooks, formats and executions based on current social media trends
• Regularly research trends, references, sounds and emerging content formats
• Maintain and organize a content bank for ongoing digital needs
• Monitor UGC, mentions and relevant online conversations for potential content opportunities
• Coordinate with Brand Marketing and Creative to ensure daily content follows the approved campaign and brand direction

• Media savvy and highly aware of current social media culture
• Creative, curious and proactive in finding content opportunities
• Fast and responsive in content execution
• Good visual sense and attention to detail
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment
