Job Responsibilities:
  • Write and publish high-quality whitepapers, blog contents, and case studies that showcase and highlight Shipper's solutions for B2B business owners, and provide valuable insights to our target audience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to obtain data and insights required for whitepapers and case studies.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify key trends, pain points, and opportunities in our industry.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our target audience and create content that speaks to their needs and interests.
  • Abili ty to analyze web traffic and conversion performance to strategically decide on content topics.
  • Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop content strategies that align with our business goals.
  • Optimize content for SEO and lead generation to drive traffic to our website and generate sales leads.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our content and stay ahead of the competition.

  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or a related field.
  • Experience creating whitepapers, case studies, and other marketing materials, preferably in the same industry.
  • Deep understanding of logistics, warehousing, and e-commerce omni channels.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to conduct research, analyze data, and create compelling narratives.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and lead generation strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
