Digital Content Creator

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Content Creator role based in Tegalalang. The Digital Content Creator will plan, produce, and publish engaging digital content that showcases Khastana Hadi Tegallalang Ubud and supports brand and marketing initiatives.

Daily responsibilities include creating visual content for social media, websites, and campaigns; capturing photos and videos on-site; and editing materials to align with brand guidelines.

The role involves collaborating with marketing and operations teams to develop content calendars, highlight guest experiences, promote special offers, and strengthen the brand's online presence.

The Digital Content Creator will also monitor content performance, suggest improvements, and ensure consistent storytelling across all digital channels.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in visual content creation, including photography, videography, and basic graphic design for digital platforms.
• Experience using content management tools and social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) to plan and publish content.
• Knowledge of or interest in hospitality, travel, or lifestyle branding, with a passion for storytelling and guest experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work on-site, adapt to operational needs, and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is an advantage.
• Relevant education or training in communications, media, marketing, design, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
