About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Digital Content Assistant Manager to support our Digital Lead through direct content and basic design execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery across digital channels. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, clearing execution bottlenecks, and supporting senior stakeholders with practical content delivery.

What you'll do:

• Create digital content (visuals, copy, presentations, basic design assets)
• Support social, marketing, and executive-related content initiatives
• Adapt content across platforms (social, website, internal comms)
• Support designers and step in for urgent or overflow work
• Ensure content quality, consistency, and timely delivery

What we're looking for:

• 47 years experience in digital content / marketing execution
• Strong hands-on skills in content creation and basic design
• Familiar with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CMS, or social platforms
• Comfortable working under tight timelines
• Practical, execution-focused, and detail-oriented
