Job Purpose :
To design digital content and loyalty partnership strategies to deepen customer engagement, expand monetizable ecosystems, and enhance value propositions while maintaining compliance, brand alignment, and strong partner governance.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end partnership portfolio across digital content, entertainment, gaming, utilities, education, lifestyle, and loyalty ecosystems.
- Design commercial models, bundling constructs, partnership tiers, and joint value propositions to strengthen engagement and market differentiation.
- Oversee operational delivery and platform integration of digital content and loyalty services to ensure seamless onboarding, activation, and customer experience.
- Review partner performance, usage insights, customer behavior trends, and loyalty mechanics to identify enhancement opportunities
