Job Overview:
The Digital Ecommerce role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing e-commerce operations across multiple marketplace platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia). This position requires strong coordination skills to communicate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and marketplace relationship managers to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, promotions, and overall e-commerce performance.
Key Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Operations & Strategy
- Act as a bridge for communication between internal teams and external clients.
- Manage and oversee daily marketplace operations across all platforms (Biotalk e-commerce).
- Maintain backend operations, including product stock management, SKU management, and homepage decoration.
- Communicate and coordinate with marketplace Relationship Managers (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, Blibli) to optimize marketplace presence.
- Perform Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies to improve sales performance.
- Conduct competitive intelligence to track trends and competitor movements within marketplaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute successful e-commerce campaigns and promotions.
- Develop and implement a monthly promotion plan, ensuring alignment with all divisions.
- Work closely with the Livestream Team to integrate promotional plans via the livestream channel, enhancing sales and conversion rates.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor's Degree in any field with 1-3 years of experience.
- Experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or marketplace management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct competitor analysis and trend tracking.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, Blibli).
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams to drive results.
