Job Description

The Digital & Channel Excellence Manager at UPL Indonesia is responsible for leading the company's digital marketing strategy to strengthen brand presence, improve customer engagement, and support commercial growth across the Indonesian market. Drives the effective use of social media, digital platforms, and online channels to enhance awareness of UPL Indonesia's products, solutions, and value proposition among growers, channel partners, distributors, and other key stakeholders. This position will closely partner with sales & commercial, techno commercial, and regional teams to ensure digital strategies are aligned with UPL Indonesia's priorities and market needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with UPL Indonesia's business, brand, and commercial objectives.
  • Manage and optimize digital channels, including social media, website, email marketing, and paid digital platforms, to strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns to support product promotion, brand awareness, and commercial priorities, with specific focus on strengthening the branding of NPP and NPL.
  • Create and manage relevant digital content to ensure consistent, engaging, and effective communication across channels, including content that reinforces the positioning and visibility of NPP and NPL.
  • Monitor digital performance and analyze key metrics to improve campaign effectiveness, channel impact, and brand presence.
  • Work closely with commercial, product, technical, and regional teams to align digital initiatives with market needs, business goals, and brand priorities.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and partners to ensure timely and high-quality execution of digital activities and branding initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying new digital opportunities, best practices, and innovative ways to strengthen UPL Indonesia's overall digital presence and the market visibility of NPP and NPL.

Required and Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Familiarity with agribusiness, agriculture, crop protection, seeds, or rural market engagement is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, channel marketing, social media management, or related roles.
  • Strong experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Experience working with agencies, content development, and campaign management.
  • Proven understanding of social media, website management, email marketing, paid media, SEO/SEM, and digital analytics.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken).
