Job Description

  1. Execute campaign & creative design strategy and implementation aligned with business goals by initiative and or requested by related stakeholder
  2. Execute Campaign workflows and automation by initiative and or by directional
  3. Identify and mitigate campaign risks
  4. Implement strategic needed to reach KPIs (Open Rate, Click Rate, Sales Response, and ROI) and optimize
  5. Prepare reports for upper management, Post Campaign Analysis and other needed related with Department
  6. Manage & Evaluate subordinate performance review
  7. Collaboration with Channel Management (CM), Product Management (PM), Regional Operation, Third Party and other related stakeholder to implement Campaign Strategic
  8. Coordination with Creative Design & Copywriter to maintain creative & design consistency

Requirements

  1. Basic HTML & CSS
  2. Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point)
  3. Familiar with CRM / Loyalty Engine (Sales Force or other Loyalty and or Campaign Management System)
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  5. Ability to track KPIs, interpret campaign data, and generate actionable insights to optimize ROI
  6. Experience in designing multi-channel digital campaigns from concept to execution, focusing on lead generation and brand awareness
  7. Strong communication, project management, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment
