Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in gathering business requirements by working with stakeholders and understanding business needs.
  • Support the analysis of existing processes and help identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Help prepare and maintain documentation such as user stories, process flows, and basic requirement documents.
  • Provide support to project teams during development, testing, and implementation phases.
  • Act as a coordination point between business users and technical teams for follow-ups and clarifications.
  • Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including documenting test results and tracking issues.
  • Perform administrative and coordination tasks related to digital application projects.


Requirement

  • sCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Systems, IT, Business, or related field
  • .Strong willingness to learn and proactive attitude
  • .Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • .Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • .Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
