What you'll do and what success looks like in this role:

  • Manage online marketing campaigns to help acquire new customers.
  • Implement digital marketing strategies to develop brand awareness and marketing performance.
  • Operate ad manager account and run digital advertising activities using advertising platforms including SEM, social media, Display ad campaigns, programmatic, etc.
  • Manage a brand's ad accounts in Ads Manager and monitor their progress throughout the day and regularly review and optimize all ad campaigns.
  • Monitor and maximize campaign budgets to meet their respective KPIs.
  • Continue to test and combine learnings to fund the best paid multi-channel mix.
  • Responsible for communicating routine metrics and findings from campaigns and analyzing performance, insights, bottlenecks, as well as areas of improvement and opportunity.

What Is Required And What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in a performance marketing or digital marketing role
  • Experience with FB Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, DV360, Google Analytics, and MMP.
  • App marketing campaign experience.
  • Both in organizational skills, project management, and a collaborative mindset with various stakeholders.
  • A customer-focused mindset and good analytical skills.
  • A structured approach to creativity and audience insights
