Job Description:

Responsible for driving paid acquisition growth by optimizing ad spend (CAC) and maximizing ROAS across digital platforms
Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on various platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
Analyze campaign performance (conversion, CTR, ROAS, etc.) to improve effectiveness
Develop campaign strategies focused on conversion and revenue growth
Create and optimize persuasive ad copy to enhance campaign performance
Monitor and manage tracking systems (including CPAS) to ensure data accuracy
