Job Description

JOB DESC / ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

• Act as the main point of contact for Samsung Members, managing overall client communication and relationship.

• Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring all deliverables are on time, on quality, and aligned with client expectations.

• Manage and guide the Digital Account Executive, ensuring smooth daily operations and proper task execution.

• Understand client objectives and translate them into clear strategies and actionable plans for internal teams.

• Oversee execution across digital touchpoints including app/web, content, social, CRM, and campaign initiatives.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure integrated execution.

• Review and ensure quality of proposals, reports, and presentations before sharing with client.

• Monitor project performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Maintain proper project tracking, documentation, and reporting.

• Proactively identify risks and resolve issues to ensure project continuity and client satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS

• Education background/major: Bachelor's Degree (any major)

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in digital account management, digital marketing, or project management.

Experience in handling clients and leading projects independently.

Experience in managing junior team members is preferred.

Strong understanding of the digital marketing.

Strong project management skills, including timeline and stakeholder management.

Experience in proposal development and client presentations.

Ability to review and analyze campaign performance and reporting.

Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools.
