Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a DevSecOps Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or related role.
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
- Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles, CI/CD processes, infrastructure automation, and cloud technologies.
- Understanding of cloud computing concepts (preferred but not mandatory).
- Willing to be on standby outside regular working hours, including weekends, when required.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines to support software development and deployment processes.
- Manage and optimize containerized environments and orchestration platforms.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
- Monitor application performance, system health, and security events across environments.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure secure and reliable software delivery.
- Implement DevSecOps best practices, including security integration throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, deployment, and performance-related issues.
- Maintain technical documentation related to infrastructure, deployment processes, and operational procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience implementing security controls and best practices within CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloud security, container security, and vulnerability management.
- Knowledge of scripting and automation tools (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell) is an advantage.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Relevant certifications such as AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, or DevOps certifications are a plus.
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Experience managing enterprise-scale cloud infrastructure and mission-critical applications.
- Knowledge of security monitoring, compliance standards, and DevSecOps governance practices.
